Zones of Regulation

Each Friday, Courtney Close, our guidance teacher, is joining us for a Second Step lesson. Second Step in a social and emotional curriculum that helps empower students to problem solve, advocate for themselves and build empathy for others. This Friday we spent time thinking about different feelings and which zones they are connected with.
